Akole Taluka Education Societys Akole Taluka Education Society, Akole, Dist- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra state is among the pioneer education trust established by Late Mr. Dadasaheb Rupwate and Honourable Mr. Madhukarrao Pichad (Ex Minister of state-Tribal development, Maharashtra State) along with hundreds of social workers in 1972. During 1971-1972, Maharashtra was undergoing a very dreadful famine and millions of workers were working on the employment guarantee scheme for their daily bread all over the state.
